A Non-Strategy of Drifting was thinking about how an audience moves through a museum and how the museum is like a labyrinth. I was interested to move through the text like how I imagined the Situationist International drifted through the cities, staying connected through walkie-talkies like the museum guards. Yet as an audience, it is difficult to simply drift, rather it can be complicated like the structure of a large-scale institution—the museum.

The texts are written by different authors and theorists, at the invitation of the six trustees of the Curatorial Programme. They respond to the unrealized exhibition proposal by the Situationists, particularly on the question: what if the art institute goes up in flames? The lyrics come from, among others, Sophia Al Maria, Sebastian Cichocki, Chris Fitzpatrick, Yazan Khalili, Vincenzo Latronico, Vesna Madzoski, Mardi Islander, Aaron Schuster, Eloise Sweetman, Jan Verwoert, and Arnisa Zeqo.
